James Cawley

James Cawley Qualified as a practising solicitor in 1951. James is a partner in the firm and was originally a partner in a large commercial Dublin practice involved in the setting up of the Irish Financial Services Centre and in particular the area of ucit funds, and the tax based incentives for commercial conveyancing in the Dublin Docklands area. More recently James moved to Kildare and continues to practice particularly in the area of trusts, commercial law and tax based incentive schemes in relation to investment and property transactions.

James also advises in relation to the area of deeds of family arrangement, media contracts, film franchise and production contracts.
